1.1. Enquiries and bookings for our pest control services can only be made via the contact form on our website at toxicrespond.co.uk, through email to toxicrespond@gmail.com, by telephone, or WhatsApp using the number listed on our site.
1.2. Upon agreement of the date and time for the service, the client is committed to providing a cancellation notice no less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Failure to provide timely notice may result in additional charges for rescheduling the appointment.
1.3. The client is responsible for ensuring our personnel have available parking. Clients must identify the closest available pay-by-phone parking option if on-site parking is unavailable. Should parking not be arranged, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment and charge a fee for rearranging.
1.4. We reserve the right to adjust our service quotation should the pest infestation inspection reveal complexities that necessitate more extensive treatments than initially estimated.
2.2. Clients must disclose any hazards present on the property to our technicians. Failure to inform us of such hazards, which could harm our staff, could result in legal action against the client.
2.3. Compliance with all preparatory and safety protocols, as communicated by us through verbal instructions, email, text message, or as published on our website, is mandatory. Non-adherence may necessitate the cancellation of the treatment and the levying of an additional charge to schedule a new appointment.
2.4. The property must be vacated for the duration of our treatment, and a minimum of three hours must be allowed for any applied chemicals to dry thoroughly before re-entry into the treated premises.
2.5. The client must inform us in writing about the value of items that cannot be removed from the treated areas and are not resistant to heat or chemicals.
2.6. We do not assume any liability for the loss or damage to valuable or sensitive items resulting from the treatment or the actions of our technicians required to perform their duties. The client must ensure that any valuable items are moved to a safe place.
2.7. Upon receiving the treatment report or receipt from us, it is the client’s responsibility to notify us promptly of any inaccuracies within 10 working days. Failure to provide such notification within the specified timeframe will be considered the client’s acceptance of the treatment reports and receipts as accurate.
2.8. It is the client’s responsibility to properly dispose of any furniture deemed untreatable. Should the technician agree to assist in removing infested furniture from the property, such an arrangement is considered a personal agreement between the client and the technician. The company shall not be liable for any damages or issues arising from these personal agreements.
Guarantee Terms and Conditions
3.2. If necessary, The client agrees to pay a discounted price for the second and third Steam and Chemical Spray Treatments for complete bed bug eradication.
3.3. Discounts apply only when the entire property has been treated. These Terms and Conditions do not cover partial treatments.
3.4. We offer a 3-month guarantee, which includes two free-of-charge Steam and Chemical Spray treatments after three such treatments have been conducted on the entire property.
3.5. The client must adhere to the aftercare instructions provided in the “Recommendations” section of the treatment report. Failure to do so will invalidate the guarantee.
3.6. The client must inform us of any bed bug activity and provide proof within 30 days of the treatment date using any communication form published on our website. Failure to do so will invalidate the guarantee.
5.2. If necessary for complete flea eradication, the client agrees to pay a discounted price for the second and third Steam and Chemical Spray Treatments.
5.3. Discounts apply only when the entire property has been treated. These Terms and Conditions do not cover partial treatments.
5.4. We offer a 3-month guarantee, which includes two free-of-charge Steam and Chemical Spray treatments after three such treatments have been conducted on the entire property.
5.5. The client must adhere to the aftercare instructions provided in the “Recommendations” section of the treatment report. Failure to do so will invalidate the guarantee.
5.6. The client must inform us of any flea activity and provide proof within 30 days of the treatment date using any communication form published on our website. Failure to do so will invalidate the guarantee.
7.2. If necessary for complete moth eradication, the client agrees to pay a discounted price for the second Steam and ULV Chemical Fumigation Treatment.
7.3. Discounts apply only when the entire property has been treated. These Terms and Conditions do not cover partial treatments.
7.4. We offer a 6-month guarantee, which includes two free-of-charge Steam and ULV Chemical Fumigation treatments after two such treatments have been conducted on the entire property.
7.5. The client must adhere to the aftercare instructions provided in the “Recommendations” section of the treatment report. Failure to do so will invalidate the guarantee.
7.6. The client must inform us of any moth activity and provide proof within 30 days of the treatment date using any communication form published on our website. Failure to do so will invalidate the guarantee.
9.2. If necessary for complete carpet beetle eradication, the client agrees to pay a discounted price for the second Steam and ULV Chemical Fumigation Treatments.
9.3. Discounts apply only when the entire property has been treated. These Terms and Conditions do not cover partial treatments.

11.5. The client must inform us of any Oriental Cockroach activity and provide proof within 30 days of the treatment date using any communication form published on our website. Failure to do so will invalidate the guarantee.
13.1. We offer a 3-month guarantee, which includes two gel baiting treatments after one Gel baiting treatment. This excludes severe infestations. Guarantee Terms and Conditions will beagreed upon assessment only.
13.2. The client must adhere to the aftercare instructions provided in the “Recommendations” section of the treatment report sent via email. Failure to do so will invalidate the guarantee.
13.3. The client must inform us of any German Cockroach activity within 30 days of the treatment date using any communication form published on our website. Failure to do so will invalidate the guarantee.
15.2. The client must adhere to the aftercare instructions provided in the “Recommendations” section of the treatment report sent via email. Failure to do so will invalidate the guarantee.
15.3. The client must inform us of any Pharaoh Ant activity within 30 days of the treatment date using any communication form published on our website. Failure to do so will invalidate the guarantee.
